Patriot Holdings started with a single self-storage facility and grew into a 100+ property, $400M+ commercial real estate portfolio. We didn't build this from a spreadsheet. We built it by acquiring properties, managing tenants, and operating assets through multiple market cycles.
We created Patriot 1031 because we saw too many exchange investors getting pushed into mediocre replacement properties under deadline pressure. We have the assets. We have the operating expertise. The 1031 exchange just connects the two.
